I love the product. It is a well thought product, being anxious is very common and being aware is the first step to address it. I am thankful for such artists and labels who have come forward with products from their experience to help a lot more people and bring a sense of community. If I experience any form of anxiety ...I tend to fidget.... Fidgeting is very common and usually fidgeting harms oneself, I usually fidget against my body skin uptil I realise I can fidget in other ways which would bring calmness within without harming myself...so this is one of my fidget toy who would be my companion in my darkest holding light
